Out of that list I'd go with Outkast. (For all time best double album I'd have a hard time deciding between the Beatles self-titled, the Wall, Blonde on Blonde and Mellon Collie and the Infinite sadness)

But The Wall by Pink Floyd is one of the best album ever... PERIOD.
