Intro: The White Stripes-Seven Nation Army. When I hear that bass line I just get really excited.

Outro: The Darkness-One way ticket to hell and back-I loved it when that song had ended.

best intro - civil war - guns 'n' roses "what we've got here is....faliure to communicate" :D kick ass film too.

best outro - lets make the water turn black - frank zappa its the only one that springs to mind that i quite like plus the wierdy voice tickles me. :)

If I'm being honest the best outro would be Kanye West-The Workout Plan. I liked that a lot, but didn't really like the song.
