Coheed are great. Especially their 2nd and 3rd albums. I really love Claudio's voice, it's what keeps me listening to them as the droning guitar work can get old. Speaking of The Suffering, my irl friend probably has the most plays with that song of anyone ever. On his itunes it's been played well over 600 times.

The "hey"s during the chorus would get pretty damn obnixious after a bit.

I think they can get really grating sometimes, and I'm a Rush fan.
I still dig Coheed, though I can't say I'd actually pay to buy one of their albums. |

i don't mind C&C, but listening to their albums can get a little boring. like Fasho said, their guitar work is pretty droning/dull.
their bassist however, has some impressive parts that go unnoticed sometimes

For me it's the other way around. It's a band I really don't care for (I don't hate them) that just about every other prog fan is nuts about.

Useless information - Quite ironic, our farm's name is "Lothian" and obviously their track "Hearts Of Lothian." |
