where do they fall????

alright here goes it...

i'm going to list the bands i have in my media player.....its not all of my music but its some.. anyways.. and i want people of music banter to re copie the list as you post and on the side of each band name name where they fall.. like rock/emo/screamo/heavy metal/etc....

my point is to learn which goes under which name.. and who thinks what goes where.. cause i bet not all of you musicbanters think each band goes under the same thing..

and also now you know the "types" of music i listen to please tell me about some more bands you think i might like :o)

Get soulseek, you can find those bands entire catalogs on soulseek. Also look into kerosene 454, gray matter, the get up kids, sunny day real estate, braid, etc etc.

Im sorry but i have to disagree with a lot of these....seriously who calls led zeppelin stoner rock

Sabgoat 01-10-2006 05:29 PM

i enjoyed him calling them stoner rock.. i don't 100% agree with it.. but still funny.. cause i durring thre concerts john, jimmy, and robert, would take off on stage to go do drugs... how do you think moby **** became as long as it was.. concidering the song always seemed to get longer.. i don't remember who told me this.. might not be true.. but still for the times i bet half those kids were stoners that listened to them back then...

i do know i'm one of them now.. :o) first time i ever really got there music i think i was listening to them stoned.. OMG watching the wall while being stoned is nuts to do.. anyways...

What...The...****?

I must have missed the memo that you need to be stoned to enjoy Led Zeppelin....

That's the most incorrect category.. ever.

If 'watching the wall while being stoned' is your idea of a good time, you need to get a hobby. Seriously.

Staring at a wall through a hazy fog is about as productive as doing nothing.

Sabgoat 01-10-2006 06:09 PM

this is why i think its funny...
not true but its his opinion.. i don't 100% agree but you have to find it somewhat funny that someone would put them in that category

Well watching Floyd's "The Wall" stoned is COMPLETELY different from watching 'the wall' stoned.

Sorry I didn't catch that earlier, I really thought you were that much of a burnout.

Cheers.

Laces Out Dan! 01-10-2006 11:03 PM

^Yeah hahaha

either/or 01-11-2006 01:01 AM

theres nothing wrong with watching a wall while your stoned. or even if your not stoned. its better than working at hungry jacks dammit pushing out fast food to the fat masses goddamn it mum im not ****ing working there.

Sabgoat 01-11-2006 09:30 AM

i was talking about the movie... and stairing at a reall wall just wouldnt' do it for me.. unless i'm off in thought and don't even realize i'm looking at thge wall.. but i was talking about the movie
