Anyone else periodically look at their overall list and imagine the bands there fighting for supremacy and rooting for some bands to overtake others which are no longer in your favor? Or is that weird and sad?

But of course. I don't go out of my way to listen to Townes Van Zandt for no reason but I definitely mark his steady ascension up my list with interest.
