Both are essentially perfect to me, but Chrome edges it personally. Less cohesive but just better songs. "Strange Fruit" may be my favourite song of all time.

I just checked it out a couple days ago. Hadn't heard any of their previous albums but I like 16 Horsepower a lot. I really enjoyed it.
