You had a chance to listen to this one yet? I was recommended this a few days ago and haven't had a chance to hear it yet.

I thought it was pretty interesting. A nice mix of songs with a little experimentation here and there. Some of the songs are kind of alt-country. I've only gone through it once so that's all I have for an impression so far.

Yeah, I went ahead and started listening to it. On the next to last song now. There are a few good songs (I can see what you mean about the alt-country sound, like on "Sad & Beautiful World", good song), but mostly it's not really grabbing my attention.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Woah, a very mainstream list there for you, Sidewinder. I have heard of seven of those bands!

Only 7? It's more mainstream/well-known than that!

hey man above me nice avatar love their early stuff

so uh haven't listened to a lot of unique stuff recently just heavy attention to a couple of bands i didn't really listen to much last week so most of this is the result of since like friday

1: The Police (37 plays)
uh this is listening to reggatta de blanc twice and zenyatta mondatta once through with some assorted individual tracks in between

2: XTC (23 plays)
an overdose of black sea and a helping of go 2

3: Steely Dan (6 plays)
well i'm listening to countdown to ecstasy right now at this moment so go ahead and add a whopping 8 to that number (oh yeahhh 14 plays)

4: Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five (5 plays)
finally got around to nabbing their greatest hits album so i've given it some attention over the past few days

5: Wu-Tang Clan (4 plays)
love that 90's stuff
