Hey, good music is good music, pop or not. Plus my mom was in town, had to play some "easy to swallow" music. But I love The Shins, Beatles and Kinks and they're all very poppy. Hell, Beatles and Kinks are the top 2 artists in my charts dating back to 2006. The Shins aren't showing in my top 30 but they probably would be if my charts went back farther...they were in heavy rotation from 02 to 06 as well.

And TBH, most of what I listen to is well known in the genres they belong to, even if the genre itself is not that popular.

If I ever listen to Lady Gaga or Puff Daddy, then there's cause for concern.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

To sum up, good music is good. I need some more Shins eventually. Oh, Inverted World is pretty enjoyable.

BTW, don't you mean P Diddy or just Diddy or I don't even ****ing know anymore?
