Last 7 days:
1 System of a Down 41 Had a re-listen to their discography after reading the thread in editors pick. Cool thread. 2 Elvis Costello & The Attractions 26 Recent binge on Costello. When the new month comes around gonna download hopefully most of the albums I don't have, which is almost all. 2 The Smiths 26 Greateast hits, only album I have of theirs. Love it. Morrissey is great. 4 The Mighty Diamonds 25 REGGAE!!!! The Mighty Diamonds - Get Ready, it was a classic in the store so why not? Seems quite poppy at times(not sure if that is the right description), but nevertheless great fun to listen to. 4 Rod Stewart 25 Fathers old albums. Gasoline Alley! 6 Slayer 24 Found their 2001 disk hidden far away in the rack, had to listen to it after that. 7 Sleepy Sun 22 It is growing on me, the first couple times I listened to 'Embrace' it was pretty bleh... Getting better and better! 8 Rainbow 18 'Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow' need I say anymore? The Temple Of The King is a great track. He is a great guitarist. 8 Dire Straits 18 It continues, fourth or fifth week running on the charts. WOOO! 8 Simply Red 18 Thanks to the Simply Red appreciaton thread. Not so bad, well I like it. 11 Annihilator 17 THRASH, THRASH, THRASH! 12 Don Carlos & Gold 16 More great reggae! Definitely worth a listen. 12 Black Uhuru 16 And again, more reggae. 14 Dexys Midnight Runners 15 Really cool band that was in the parents collection. Got it upped at the moment. . . 15 Steel Pulse 14 Can't get over how good these guys are! More reggae! 15 Donovan 14 Drug-induced, pointless, yet such cool music. So very British. 15 Acid Bath 14 'When the kite string pops' not so great I didn't think. Needs another listen. |

And to make matters worse, Radiohead's 15 Step plays at the end credits.

Another reason I hate that movie, but who stays for the credits these days? And how does this kinda thing happen? How does a track like 15 Step get used in a motion picture unless with the permission of the band, because they didnt have a label when it was released so I think they own all the rights to that track, but I could be wrong.
