You're pasting from the one thats left to right. You want the one below it thats top to bottom, the Top Artists one, Just change it from 'Overall' to 'Last 7 days'.

No idea what you're doing then, because that one doesnt have '* Plays' in brackets like what you have pasted into this thread, it just has a number after the artist.
