I had no problems with XP.
Since Vista it keeps crashing, so I disabled it till I get a workable solution from Last.fm.
Have you tried contacting them about it yet?
They're pretty helpful.

The problem is on here, for some bizarre reason. This is the only place where the chart wont show up. It was working yesterday though and then stopped with no changes made. Ah well. People will just have to assume I'm listening to crap rather than having the evidence that I am.
