How did you make your sig?

I went to the widgets tab at the top of the page and selected charts, but for a while it told me i hadnt listened to enough music and i kept checking ever now and then. It just let me make it about 15 min ago and I reg on 14 march.

Why don't I have any neighbors? Noseclams is newer than me and he has neighbors.
