im in the school orchestra and ive got a christmas concert tonight . i have to be ther for 6:40 . HELP IM NERVOUS :(

only advice i can give is NEVER STOP PLAYING!! even if you have no idea whats going on, never stop. i'm not sure how that applies to an orchestra, but in a band, if you stop playin you're cooked.

im eating peanut butter to calm me down , its working a bit

Nerves are what makes you perform at your best.
You'll find a sudden rush come as soon as pick up your instrument and you will not look back.
Trust me playing live is fun;)

im usually ok , the only thing i look at usually is my music sheet , even when i think/know people are laughing at me im so nervous

Run around a bit. Running helps the heart and eating is good but then running straight after is not good. So run first then eat and drink. Walk a lot too.

There is no such thing in live performance as "The end of the world". Mistakes are always in live performance! You'll from them! They are a big part of devolopement!
