The Faint
The Arcade Fire The Postal Service The Mars Volta The Decemberists All (with the exception of the Decemberists) have drawn mainstream attention to indie and alternative music, not to mention, have been able to take advantage of bits and pieces of the 1980s new wave, synth pop, and/or progressive movements, and bring it back to life for the 21st century. |
