Hometown Blues - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
...except I'm also listening to a completely different song by them. Such a weird feeling.

For a few years in the early 1910s the song "Kids in America" by Kim Wilde was stuck in my head. One of my top favourite songs of all time is the version of Kids in America on Kim Wilde´s EP "Baby Obey Me". It is as far as I know the closest to a "hard-rocking" version of Kids in America that Kim Wilde ever recorded.
Also I have such a great affection for that song that I have also purchased a couple of dozen different cover versions of Kids in America by a myriad other musical artists besides Kim Wilde herself! |
