Elliott smith is so ridiculously good. I really love listening to him. Beatles-esque melody + heartfelt songwriting + angelic voice = very pleasing to mein ears.

I love XO, Figure 8, Either/Or, From A Basement on the Hill, Elliott Smith, Roman Candle. All of them basically, but maybe XO or Either/Or the best ... Can't Make A Sound, Waltz #2 are beautiful.

Please do not respond with "You must have heard [most popular song]"

Im not you, I havn't, trust me.

So if anyone could recommend something thats got a soul to it, i'd appreciate it. And to clairfy, deep pain and sorrow is not a soul.
