Help to download

Help!!

I have just registered with napster and tunebites but I am struggling to download and burn music to my cd...any ideas as to why I can't do it!! Its been driving me crazy all morning!!

WHich bit are you having the most trouble with?

If it' downloading it's eather because

A) You have dialup and it's just simply slow
B) You're trying to download a file when the other user isn't online
C) You've got no idea what you're doing

If it's burning there could be a million reasons. Anything from incompatible files to the burner not being set up correctly.
