I'd have to say Falling Back to Me by Our Lady Peace. Somethign about that song gives me chills everytime I hear it.

Last Goodbye by Jeff Buckley. Gives me shivers when it gets to the line "Did you say...no this can't happen to me?" Why did he have to die when Barry Manilow got to live?

Does He Love You? by Rilo Kiley is the only one that comes to mind. I don't usually get chills during a lot of songs, I get really sad or something but not chills. Does He Love You? is the only one that makes me shiver, when Jenny kicks into the "Let's not forget ourselves good friends" part, that's when it happens. Every time.
