Does He Love You? by Rilo Kiley is the only one that comes to mind. I don't usually get chills during a lot of songs, I get really sad or something but not chills. Does He Love You? is the only one that makes me shiver, when Jenny kicks into the "Let's not forget ourselves good friends" part, that's when it happens. Every time.
