Speak to Me, Breathe
Speak to Me and Breathe gave me the chills.

There are several songs that give me chills when I listen to them.
Putting aside the man's social ridiculousness: It mainly hits with the, "Sammy, boy, don't you know who you are?" - Freddie's voice does something intense at that point that gets me. (about the 2:45 point) While embarrassed that I'm so in love with this track, I want it to be known that Pink's voice on this one has made me tear up on several occasions, and has given me absolute ****ing chills pretty much every single other time. Seriously - give it a chance. It's almost impossible for me NOT to empathize, she's so emotive vocally.
