Nothing wrong with a bit of confidence & attitude.
You think Oasis are bad you should have seen what came before. I prey you never have to listen to the likes of Neds Atomic Dustbin , Candyflip & Kingmaker.

I don't think they are bad at all, though whenever I hear them in interviews it annoys the hell out of me, they think all music is about image and attitude, rather than music or anything where functional eardrums come into account.

Nah, I realised that I was being a little mean.
But you can post what I originally said if you want to, just for fun. |

Meh, I called them mediocre, but I have no real problems with them musically (aside from the way Liam pronounces Shine as "Sheeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin ") I just dislike them imensely on a personal level.
But I will give them a little credit, they do have some talent, if not a whole lot of it, at least in my opinion. But I called Morrissey the biggest douchebag in the business, but I take that back too, the biggest douchebag in the business is really Nicky Wire, he's a horrible musician (worst damn bass player I have ever heard) who finds enjoyment in insulting talented artists. |

As much as I hate Green Day I don`t see how much more influential Oasis are.
Just look at the music thats around now , compare how many punk pop bands there are to the number of Oasis sounding bands. Oasis had a huge effect on the UK music industry , but it wasn`t long lasting and by around 1997/98 it had all but died out. No contest really.
