My friend says it's electronic, but if it is, what type/branch?

ok... im not complete sure what the exact classification would be, but it reminds me alot of mario kart for snes, great soundtrack, so i dunno video game score-ish but i cant say ive heard anything quite like that before, i could definitely get really stoned too that
