Music helps a lot.. although.. its weird when u hear a type of song.. then u remember how u feel and what was going on when u heard that song.. i dunno if its jst me.. or im weird.. Peace ^_^

I don't sleep with music on but for like 3 months I couldn't sleep without listening to books on cd--and I had a 8 cd set of Stephen King short stories

haha....when i was a hell of a lot younger...probably 6 or so, i used to fall asleep every night with a tony bennet sesame street tape.

i agree.. i can't sleep knowing something like the tv/ computer is on.. or a door isn't closed... or something like that
makes me wanna get up and close it... or shut them down..or whatever
