I remember dancing to 'Merry Xmas Everyone' by Slade at the junior school Christmas disco and succesfully trapping off with this gorgeous blonde I'd had my eye on all year (I was 11).
Our relationship lasted for 2 weeks and everytime I hear that record the memories of her come flooding back! She packed me in because she was taller than me!?! |

My parents were never really into music that I recall. Infact I'm pretty convinced they don't own any records or anything what so ever. I'll never understand that.
My sisters were both pretty big on glam rock so I listened to alot of Winger in my youth. So, as sad as it sounds my youths soundtrack was pretty much anything MTV overplayed in the 80s. |
