i think he is, or was (haha), one of the most popular recording artists of the decade.

what i find most funny about chris brown is the way he's supposed to be this great vocalist, and yet his vocals need to be so heavily treated and computerized all the same. just goes to show what a lack of talent the guy has. listen to songs like "Forever" - it's just one long series of edited curlicues; it sounds artificial to an unusual extent.
