This was a good date night concert for me and Mrs. Drjohnrock.

Congrats on making some shows!

I'm not on usual pace this year. I do have tix for three upcoming shows over the next six weeks. The Bouncing Souls, Amyl and The Sniffers and Alice Cooper.

Plenty on 'maybe' list with Angel, Cheap Trick, Screeching Weasel, Foxy Shazam and Southern Culture On The Skids leading the way.

Did you see the Sex Pistols are touring with Frank Turnes on vocals? That's probably too weird to pass up.

I read a short article that had the tour dates listed. Won’t be able to make it to any of them. I don’t know if I would go see the band without Lydon. The other three original members will be there, so it’s a personal judgment call. I mean, if Foghat can still draw with just the original drummer…

Yeah...a few years ago I saw one of the early gigs with the new Foghat lineup. My expectations were as high as a trip hazard, but they really were good. My opinion was reinforced when Foghat started supplementing playing at rib festivals with being an opener at some stadium shows last year. Their drummer Roger Earl is the weak link, lose him and they've got a chance!

Pistols without Lydon. I'm not going to prematurely judge based on Frank Turner replacing Johnny. I'll go to the show and they will playing one of my favorite albums. If it sucks, it sucks...if it's great then I win.

Sparks just announced North American dates. I've seen them twice and both are totally memorable. This will be their first time in Cleveland since '82..yes, I was there!
