Nice. One of the many sad things about Jimi's untimely death was he didn't get the chance to totally show his vesatility. He appreciated a wide variety of music, not just blues, R&B, and rock. Once, after Delaney and Bonnie's lead guitar player split prior to a gig, he subbed for them at the show.

I always did like that particular tune.


The Damned have done some songs outside of their punk or goth numbers, but I've never heard them do anything like the following, which, after the rocking intro, has a mid-60s British pop vibe:
