Between Spotify and FM radio, where does billboard ultimately get its charting information not only for the u.s. but globally? Where does billboard get its info from? Fm radio or Spotify? Which of the two feed billboard? How does billboard determine from whom theyll obtain their info from then? Fm or spotify?

As Buckeye Randy indicated in response to another of your questions, Monica, Google might provide your answers. Wikipedia might as well.

My earliest music memories from the AM radio in the kitchen.

Great thread!

One of my favorite live performances.

I'm certain I've watched the Monterey Pop movie more than Woodstock. A buddy of mine had a four CD release of Monterey Pop that included tons of stuff not in the movie. I have CDRs floating around somewhere that will someday be in a landfill.

Yeah, I can definitely relate to that. I first heard many of the major (and minor) rock and pop groups of the 60's and early 70's on AM radio. It was the place to be to hear the hits back in those days. I daresay the Association got as much airplay on AM radio as the Beatles did back then.
