A desert island album for me and the lead track is spooky both lyrically and sonically.

BTW, enjoying some Halloween songs from others that I didn't even know existed. Thanks!

The Damned - Twisted Nerve

The name of the song is from the title of a 1936 British horror film, which seems to have inexplicably disappeared from a lot of online film lists. Chorus: "Go to the window and what do I see/killer's face looking at me". Having personally looked into the eyes of serial killer Donald Harvey (there was nothing there), I know how chilling the feeling is.

Ann Maguson has had a long but mostly under the radar career in film, stage and as a recording artist. She put this out last year, I like it.
