Genre Name for Video Background Music?
 

There is a certain style of happy, up-tempo music used in the background of short videos, for which I'm trying to find a genre name. As an example, the song Thremrofish by Khakaks, which can be found on YouTube. (Not saying I like it, but would like to give that style of music a name.)

2000s hipster strain of Twee Pop

bands like I'm From Barcelona i guess, with the xylophone ukelele instruments I hate this style lol good luck :)
