- Steven Tyler of Aerosmith wrote "Dream On" when he 17 or 18.
- Greg Lake of ELP wrote "Lucky Man" when he was 12.
- Paul McCartney wrote "When I'm Sixty-Four" when he was about 14.

Teenagers can be really creative.

‘Green Onions’ – Booker T. & the M.G.’s (Booker T. Jones wrote it when he was 18)
