Are we overdue for a new form of popular music?
We seem to get one about every 30 years or so: ragtime, then jazz, then rock and roll, then hiphop. But it's been 40 years since hiphop. Am I just not noticing a musical revolution?

I blame the proliferation of video games.
Now, where did I leave my gaming console? |

I think "popular music" itself needs to die.
