It almost feels destined for him to come back and do a late second term lol. Imagine the unrelenting cess pit this country will become during and in the election leading up to Trump round 2?
Iah it's probably a toss up between trump and biden but the idea of it being anyone else feels pretty counter intuitive to me at this point. |

If the R's didn't let Trump run again and give their seal of approval, and he ran as an independent instead, the Dems would win the election by default - 60% of R's would vote for Trump, if not more.

I guess my thought was that the RNC could make it more difficult for Trump to win the nomination if that's the position they chose, but again, if Trump remains as popular as he is with the GOP base, it would seem to be an unwise thing to do.
