Okay.
The clues: "Consider the existence of God" What's the Latin word for God? Dio. The other clue to who the band was: "Think of Judy Garland singing". What's her most well-known song? "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". Dio was a member of Rainbow and had a fascination with them; they appear in many of his songs. The album clue was "Going down, but not to Hell". Holy Diver. and the song? The original clue was: "Good advice for children". "Don't Talk to Stangers" - Dio from Holy Diver, 1983. I thank you!
