Hint 1 refers to the song title
Hint 2 refers to the artist
Hint 3 refers to the album

Can't do any more for ya, lads and lassies.

It's a rock song from 1983 with a title that refers to children, an artists name that has something to do with God, and the album title is about going down but not to hell...

Is this something that charted?
