without MB I would have one less resource for discovering new music.

Probably be on Livejournal more often or tumblr.

My sense of superiority would be much lower.

Without MB I would probably have less than ten fans of my music. Now I have 119,507.

I would have exactly 1 person to geek out about music with. I'd go crazy and start writing top 10 lists on my walls with a permanent marker.

I just like having MB open when I've got my computer turned on anyway. I do spend slightly too much time online, but MB isn't the problem.

The amount of fans of my awesome music wouldn't change (it's one*).
