I'm still not completely clear on the rules - if I have something rare on vinyl that is still obtainable if you look hard enough, but there is nothing on youtube, can I post it without a video?

In the meantime here is late 80s/early 90s Adelaide punk band Clowns of Decadence - they were well known here and a bit in Melbourne so there's a chance another Aussie Music Banterer will know them. They had the demented clown/circus thing going way before there were jugalos and ICP were a thing.
