Out of that list I only know Pokemon and I have heard about Ergo Proxy but haven't warched.

I am just not as die hard of an anime fan of newer shows. I guess I need to catch up on some of the newer ones but also watch some classic ones that I skipped over. I never finished Trigun.

That show is overrated. All the "no one ever has the right to kill anyone" schtick gets cheesy and annoying after a while.
