- Click on search.
- Click on "Advanced Search".
- Select radio button "Show Results As" -> "Posts" (bottom left corner).
- Under "Keyword(s):" type in the word(s) you want to search for. Use quotation marks to get only results for the entire phrase.
- Under "User Name:" type in the name of the user to search for. If the user exists, it'll pop the name up. Make sure to click on it.
- Click "Search Now".

I already knew most of that apart from the quote bit. I'm just not worried about being scientific for this thread.
