Default Online Forum Etiquette

So, we've all been on forums for most of our lives, maybe. And there are some very specific things that people do on the forums that have sort of become "standard" to forums.

For example:

-When starting a new thread whether it's in the lounge or music forums or whatever forums you're in, it's proper forum etiquette to capitalize the first letter of every word in the thread title.
(see thread title for example)

Are there any other things people notice about things like this, or am I just in the minority? Keep in mind, this is just for fun. I'm not saying this is a legitimate thing.
