1. Workplace hierarchies can be argued to be oppression.

2. The context of that post implies that not having "big dreams and goals" leads to oppression by being at the bottom of a workplace hierarchy so that you should have "big dreams and goals" yourself which by implication means that you should strive to be an oppressor yourself by being higher in a workplace hierarchy.
