Greetings to all TSI citizen soldiers! Significant changes have been made to the operation of The Steel Imperivm and many more are to come. Every effort will be made to keep all players in our movement armed with the most complete and up-to-date knowledge necessary to allow member contributions to our spiritual Fatherland to the best of their ability.

FASCES

The Fascist Agency of Strategic Covert Espionage and Security (FASCES) has been organized and ratified by the Supreme Council. It is the first and only intelligence agency to date to represent the collective interests of all Fascist regions. Its primary objectives are infiltrate and gather high value intel from enemy regions, aid nationalist movements in their infancy so that they may mature into movements, and to foment insurrections in other regions of interest.

TFU Minister Belmora has been selected as the Director of FASCES. TCoFN Founder and Black Brigades Militia General The new Polish Empire will serve as Deputy Director. Together, these irreplaceable TSI contributors will lead a small, efficient network on covert missions by pooling resources and sharing methodology and tactics.

Our spy network will be small and membership limited to 2 nations per region. Their identities will be known only to the directors of FASCES and the Supreme Council. Some have already applied as fascist spies and those individuals will be contacted soon. There is still some room for active and dedicated agents. All applicants should wire a telegram to this account, DVX, stating their intentions of joining FASCES.

*Important Note*

Your regional Founders may be contacted to vouch for you. If they cannot do so confidently, your application will be rejected. Agents of FASCES must be active, disciplined, and willing to follow orders to the letter.

BRIGADES BATTLE FLAG

It is highly encouraged for all active combatants of The Black Brigades to upload the official battle flag of the Fascist army ( http://i.imgur.com/OGLhsCM.png?1 ) as the flag of your Raider Nation. Not only does this make it easier to distinguish how many of our soldiers are participating in Third Rome military operations by looking at the delegate's endorsements, but it symbolizes pride of uniform amongst our soldiers. Organization and uniformity of appearance will make us a stronger armed force and sends a powerful message to our allies and enemies alike.
This is primarily for Pilers [the Enlisted Corps].

COMMANDMENTS

The ideological core and system of ethics for Fascist soldiers has been outlined in The Commandments of Fascism. All military recruits affirm their commitment to these tenants upon applying for membership.

MISSION

The Black Brigades is currently facing its first test of war in The Western Empire. The total mobilization of the Brigades was ordered after an unexpected opportunity to liberate the region from Libertatem presented itself.

For those not familiar with this group, Libertatem is an NS military alliance of libertarian and conservative democrats. Despite having first been organized as an anti-Marxist army, some time ago they began a new campaign of harassing and initiating aggressive military actions against Fascist-Nazi regions in the name of "anti-authoritarianism" due to the employment of social shame tactics by ANTIFA regions for only going after communists.

Their capitulation to the requests of their supposed enemies means they have declared themselves the sworn enemies of Fascism as well. Third Rome has taken them for their word and responded in kind. Many of their soldiers stationed in TWE have chosen to flee rather than fight. Nonetheless, a third party could still interfere with our plans to hold the region by mounting a counter-offensive. The best way to ensure our survival under such circumstances is to gain the highest amount of endorsements as possible for our delegates.

We are extremely proud of the number of Brigaders that carried our colors into battle on such short notice. Yet, there are still soldiers who have not followed their deployment orders. Failure to comply or to give reason for noncompliance may result in your court-martial.

General Order: Every combatant for the Black Brigades should be in The Western Empire, endorsing our delegate Amsen only. If you are a Brigader that has not yet deployed, please do so immediately.

If you are a TSI citizen that is not a member of the Brigades, but still wants to participate in this operation without obligation to join, you can create a Raider Nation with the Brigades battle flag uploaded in the SETTINGS and enter TWE to endorse our delegate there as well. If you do so, please contact Party-Militia Secretary Alessandro Pavolini to inform him of your participation as a "freelance fighter."

When it comes to war on Nationstates, manpower is king. Therefore, every soldier we can recruit - either as long-term combatants or freelance fighters - are absolutely essential to secure our victory over the Marxist movement.
