Due to circumstances of inactivity in our leadership, I am proclaiming Dictatorial powers until either Dux or Consul return from inactivity. When they do so, I will immediately step down and you are to adhere to their words above mine. Therefore, the Magistrate is to be temporarily suspended until further notice. I currently hold the powers I need to run the region and am the non-executive WA Delegate. In the case of an emergency, such as the Founder nation CTE, I must be able to keep control so as to exercise emergency authority. There is no imminent threat ti the region right now and all will likely go as planned, but as a precaution, I need all people to apply for the WA and endorse me as soon as possible. Those who endorse me will be known as the Civil Guard and are acting in the defense of our Region, in which you will be rewarded greatly. This is not a coup, but a temporary measure of precaution. Anyone who has WA membership and does not endorse me will be given a notice to do so within 24 hours or face expulsion. It is everyone's duty to inform me if there is someone who is not endorsing me or is not following the Union Code of Conduct. I will be expanding the Cohort Wing of the Civil Guard to do so, as well as creating a new Grand Council to usher in a new era of leadership. Please endorse me immediately.
Tl;dr? I am exercising dictatorial powers and am requiring that everyone apply to the WA and endorse me. This is a temporary measure, but if anyone has WA membership and does endorse me, they will be expelled from the region.
