I'm not even trying to decipher that clue, I'm just guessing early '70s songs.

Not a clue. I know what's on the list via cheating.

How…?

I just Googled "Korea hopper thunderstorm", and nothing helpful came up. The '70s experts are going to have to figure that one out. Where are Unknown Soldier, LiL, and Trollheart when you need them?

I'll give another hint...

The first picture is of a famous representation of the idea of the duality of reality, i.e. Yin and Yang. It's also commonly used to represent the idea of reaching a level of balance between the dualities, attaining a sense of harmony with your spirit, also known as Qi (pronounced Chi).

His last single was 1966 according to Wiki, but there is a good chance that it might be a cover of one of his songs, but of course it might have nothing to do with John Coltrane.
