crisp


noun: crisp; plural noun: crisps; noun: potato crisp; plural noun: potato crisps

1.
a dessert of fruit baked with a crunchy topping of brown sugar, butter, and flour.
"rhubarb crisp"
2.
British term for potato chip.

I don't know anyone who would call that a rhubarb crisp, it sounds more like a rhubarb crumble to me.
