Thriller's decent, I can think of boatloads of artists that surpass him though.

I probably listen to too much music but I consider it to not be enough.

What's the last book you read?

Pet_Sounds 11-07-2014 12:15 PM

Just finished re-reading To Kill a Mockingbird. Report's due Monday.

What book have you read recently that you regret reading?

Frownland 11-07-2014 03:30 PM

I don't think that I've ever read a book I really regretted reading. I started reading Harry Partch's "Genesis of a Music" once and while I thought it was interesting to learn about his process and some of the dynamics of just intonation, about two chapters into the very mathy explanation of his semi-tone system I felt like I was wasting my time.

Best underground filmmaker?

Blarobbarg 11-08-2014 12:58 PM

The molemen have an aversion to film, as well as all other art forms. Once they initiate the glorious revolution and wipe out the senselessness of "creativity" off the earth, our doom will by nigh, and they will feast upon our flesh.

If you were to be cooked and eaten by our mole overlords, how would they describe your taste? Be descriptive, despite the fact that our furry masters detest art, they are rather fond of wordy explanations on food.

Pet_Sounds 11-08-2014 01:01 PM

Too chewy.

EDIT: More descriptive? Best served with barbeque sauce. Add a healthy amount of salt and Montreal steak spice. Recommended side dish: fried onions. The bones make excellent soup.

I'm going to ask that again, because I want to see Batty answer it.

Semeny, with just a hint of sour, crustified sweat. All set off by a light drizzling of olive oil, because olive oil makes all things better.

If you could fight in any war in history, which would it be, and whose side would you be on?

DwnWthVwls 11-08-2014 05:51 PM

The war against terrorism, I'd be on the side of George Bush and Osama Bin Laden. That's where all the money is.

Would you rather be able to fly or breathe underwater?

Chula Vista 11-08-2014 06:21 PM

Fly baby! Gets you all the chicks.

Salt or pepper gone for the rest of your life?

Goofle 11-08-2014 06:28 PM

Pepper gone. I rarely add salt to anything, but it's clearly the more important element for food stuffs. Other things can make food peppery/hot, but nothing quite matches salt when it comes to making something salty.

You are making a three tier sandwich (bread/filling/bread/filling/bread/filling/bread)... what are the fillings?

The Batlord 11-08-2014 09:29 PM

Ham, roast beef, and pepperoni. Lots and lots of ham, roast beef, and pepperoni. **** all the fancy, sandwich-art crap. Just give me a pile of animal flesh in-between bread.

If you could only eat one kind of junk food for the rest of your life...
