Attempting to forge my mom's signature on a detention note. It was like the 4th grade. I did her full name (including middle) in cursive because I thought all sigs were like that. Turns out I was wrong and I got put on blast by not only my parents, but the whole faculty at the school. Still to this day I can't go back there without hearing about my blunder.
