I don't remember the name but my friend was telling me about some Steampunk/Fantasy book a while back that had to do with alchemy, and it sounded really cool. Can never go wrong with traditional medieval and magic AFAIC.

Well, military boarding school was pretty weird, but other than that I haven't had much in the way of non-self inflicted weirdness.

I would be more understanding of their decision but it's still the same.

Depends. If he suffered some sort of trauma during his formative years, then probably not. But since I know nothing about him, I have no clue.

If I could make this into the next musical hit I will be both utterly perplexed and happy.

Nope. Doesn't sound pleasant.

Nope. I'm not really into tryin to persuade people to do stuff.

No sex and no sex drive. If you don't want it, then who cares whether or not you get it? And just imagine how much brain space it would free up, to not care about sex at all! I would become a genius just from being able to concentrate so much better!
