Did you ignore my question because it destroys your argument? Not everything is about gender. Even people with dsyphoria acknowledge that scientifically there are still only two sexes aside from people born asexual.

Also, a customer the other day said "Yes, mam" in a completely serious, unjoking manner (they were old and whatever else)... I still felt like myself because I'm comfortable with and know who I am. Maybe when you get there it won't be such a big deal.
