It's all about proportions. Trollheart needs a smaller woman so that his penis seems to be a normal size, in comparison to her small frame.

Think I told this one here before.

Me and an Irish bud were out in a bar and he was flirting with a girl and had revealed his heritage. She says: Is it true what they say about Irish men? Without missing a beat he replies: Honey, I may not touch bottom but I'll raise hell with the sides.

They left together.

Oriphiel 05-01-2015 07:51 PM

So, Batlord, did you indeed re-watch the first episode?

RoxyRollah 05-01-2015 07:54 PM

This is musical pictonary right? Im totally lost right now.

Frownland 05-01-2015 07:56 PM

Oriphiel guided the discussion towards lame 90s shows because he was upset that I necrobumped a thread he replicated.

RoxyRollah 05-01-2015 08:06 PM

so they are the same thing?

Frownland 05-01-2015 08:09 PM

Yup. Here's the current puzzle.

@Ori You're just overcompensating with the Xena business because you made a duplicate thread.

To be fair, all I did was post a Xena gif. The conversation afterwards just kinda happened, but i'm glad it did. Xena is a great show, and it's fun to talk about.

Why can't the tracks just stay broken? This thread was actually starting to get pretty fun, until Frownland started to have a conniption fit because people cared more about talking about fun TV shows than standing in awe at his ability to necrobump a dead thread.

Yes Frownland, I know, i'm a terrible person for not checking through every thread in the sub-forum and finding **** from a year ago that was similar to what I made. Get over it.

Frownland 05-01-2015 09:08 PM

Make a thread for cheesy TV shows then.

Chula Vista 05-01-2015 09:09 PM

So all talk about cheesy TV shows should be limited to a single thread created for them? By that logic, shouldn't everything you post be limited to a thread dedicated to pretentious ***holes?

Frownland 05-01-2015 09:13 PM

I don't talk about pretentious *******s I just do it.

Since you just referred to yourself as the subject of your sentence, yeah, you just talked about a pretentious ***hole. And beyond that, plenty of your posts mention Beefheart, Waits, WISK (:finger:), or some other avant garde band/musician. Yes, we get it, you're very worldly and you like making drone music albums every five seconds, get a new shtick.

Frownland 05-01-2015 09:24 PM

That's not very nice. You like garage rock and bad tv but I like you just the way you are. It'd be nice if that was reciprocated.

Chula Vista 05-01-2015 09:28 PM

F*ck it. Good night.

I was a Xena dork long before you ever posted any gifs. I watched that show religiously every week.

And you can make a thread for shows that you have to have approval from snobby pseudo-intellectuals to watch.

Frownland 05-01-2015 09:31 PM

I'm pretty sure there's already a Twin Peaks thread.

Why does everyone always bring up that I like Garage Rock? Yeah, I had a journal about it, but it's not all that I listen to. I mean, I had a journal about Disco too, you know, but it's not like i'm about to put on suspenders and jump in the roller rink.

I meant that the gif sparked the Xena discussion in this thread, not all Xena fandom and discussions ever. Anyway, I don't doubt that you know more about Xena than I do, since I didn't watch it when it first aired.

Frownland 05-01-2015 10:00 PM

And I like music that isn't avant-garde. Go figure.

Well I also haven't seen it since the series finale, so I've forgotten most of it. Have to say though, the whole story arc in Hercules where she reforms wasn't written all that well. Not that the writing on those shows was ever Emmy worthy, but it was still kind of ham-fisted.

I'm ashamed to admit this, but I've never actually watched Xena to the end. I originally started watching it with someone else, and after they left, it just didn't feel right watching it without them.

But the difference is that Avant Garde music, and the lifestyle surrounding it, are an integral part of your image. Every day, you find a different way to jokingly say "I'm pretentious, isn't that awesome?", while posting black and white pictures of you and your patchy neckbeard, and advertising your newest drone conquests. I can't even remember the last time I had the opportunity to talk about Garage Rock with anyone on Music Banter (probably back when I made that Sonics thread when I first joined). People think that you're a beatnik because you want them to, and you try very hard to maintain that whole "intellectual" persona, while people think i'm obsessed with Garage Rock because that's literally the only thing they know about me (Well, not literally. They also know I like Xena ).

Frownland 05-01-2015 10:30 PM

My neck is the only part of my beard that I shave and the centerpiece of my last album wasn't even drone bruh. Not to mention that you think I'm like how I am because I want the image, I'm just like this mate. As for you, I don't know, maybe talk about music more and people will think you like more than garage rock? I don't see you too much around the music forums anymore but maybe you post in threads I don't go into. I did miss your journal but that's because I only follow a few.

The neck is the only part that you shave because it's the only part that you have to shave; you can't grow any significant hairs anywhere else, save for some vaguely moustache-esque wisps. :finger:

And I do talk about music, all the time, it's just that I spend most of my time in Plug with Neapolitan, Violet, and Zedd. I would post more in the forums, but trying to start a thread/discussion about bands you like gets really old since people usually can't be bothered to care unless it's a very popular band. And the general genre/recommendation threads get old as well, since people usually care more about posting as many videos as possible rather than actually talking (and I admit, i'm not immune to the "listen to what I like, dammit!" fever either).

Frownland 05-01-2015 10:48 PM

That's exactly why I shave my neck, plus it just looks messy. The albums you're digging and last album you bought threads are my go tos rather than create a specific thread for a group.

Oriphiel 05-01-2015 10:52 PM

Alright, let's get back to the pictionary. This is starting to become "The Unofficial Oriphiel Appreciation/Depreciation Thread".

But first, really quickly... Hey Batlord, I've decided to start watching Xena again, starting with the first episode tonight! It's about time that I finally watched it through to the end.

We're Xena buddies, then. Just remember. There are six seasons of 22 episodes each. Plus two more for the first season.

Oriphiel 05-02-2015 04:24 AM

Yeah, it's quite the endeavor.

Here's a song, if anyone wants to guess what it is:

Cos what you're doing is dissing my thread, which was the original, just because you now realise you've (presumably accidentally or coincidentally) copied it and are now trying to destroy it so that your thread is the only one relevant that remains. This is WAR son! War! :ar_15s:

No but if you're going to go on and on about Xena take it to the Media subforum, or at least have the decency to **** off and make a thread about it rather than pollute mine with your off-topic ramblings.

Yeah Orph: you're being a real dick today. Not a side of you I like I must say. Just accept that you had the same idea as me and let it go. Stop trying to hammer my thread back into its coffin. You don't have a wooden stake large enough for that.
