Yeah, Please turn over. Back in the days before emails we had these things called letters, and if the first page continued on to the back it would say PTO so that you knew to, you know, turn the page over.

I usually assume the person I'm writing a letter to is smart enough to figure out that my letter didn't end midsentence and without a signature.

When I was working at a psychologist office, I'd write notes to the psychologists but would run out of space and have to turn over (my handwriting is big lol) and always put PTO because I was worried they would miss the extra information. I'm pretty sure they would look over the other side anyway but it's like a habit.
